The Defense Industrial Supply Center will be conducting a Preproposal Conference at Dover AFB, Dover DE, on Tuesday October 20, 1998, starting 9:30 A.M. local (EDT) A brief tour of 463L facilities is expected after the conference. All contractors interested in submitting a proposal are encouraged to attend. The session will include a short briefing of solicitation highlights, followed by Q&A period. Copies of the solicitation and a complete list of parts and materials will be available at the conference. Contractors may submit questions in writing to POC below up to seven(7) calendar days before the conference. NOTE: Military bases need advance notices of visitors for security reasons.
