The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to procure on a Small Business Set-Aside basis, packing and crating services for the personal property office, U.S. military and civilian personnel. Contractor is to provide services both inbound, outbound and intracity in numerous areas in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts -- South of Route 44 -- Bristol County. A liaison office is required to be located within reasonable distance from the Naval Education Training Center, Newport, RI. The contract is for a twelve (12) month base period (01 January 1999 through 31 December 1999) plus two twelve month options. An Indefinite Delivery Fixed Price Requirements type contract is anticipated, with services to be acquired under individual delivery orders issued under the contract.
