Firms should ensure SOCs are complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the firm's qualifications to perform the defined work and business size eligibility. The SOCs will be the basis for the Government's decision to establish this requirement as a section 8(a) set-aside for competitive acquisition. If adequate responses are not received from 8(a) companies, this requirement will be considered as a small business set-aside. Therefore, replies to this notice are also requested from all small businesses that meet the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 4789. The size standard for this acquisition is $5 million.
