rehab heating system at USCG Station Ludington, MI> Work consists of
the following: Basic Work: Remove existing 200 MBH boiler and
accessories and replace with a new 200 MBH cast-iron boiler and
accessories. Install 2 new circulator pumps, piping, thermostats,
expansion joints and air vents to provide 2 new zones in station
building. Install all new insulated copper cold water supply piping in
boiler room. Remove and replace one bare element finned-tube unit
approximately 7 feet in length. Work to commence in late March 1999.
Performance period is 100 days after Notice to Proceed. Estimated range
is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The SIC code for this procurement is
