This modifies the notice published in the CBDNET/June 23, 1998 and the CBD/June 25, 1998 as follows: This acquisition is being procured under source selection procedures. Both technical and price proposals must be submitted in order to be considered for award. Award will be made to the responsible firm that is deemed technically acceptable and that submits the lowest price. The technical proposal consists of one technical factor to be evaluated by the Contracting Officer on a pass/fail basis. The technical factor is Personnel Experience: The firm (Contractor or subcontractor) performing the finished carpentry and interior architectural woodwork must have successfully completed at least three projects in the past five years that included wood framed ceiling assemblies, wood raised paneling assemblies, and cabinetry (although not necessarily all in the same project). The proposal closing date has been extended to October 29, 1998, 2:00 PM (local time) at same location. Contractors that previously requested the RFP need not request it again.
