Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to delete Amendment No. 1 and Line Item Nos. 2, 5, and 10 on the original synopsis/RFQ and to replace with the following: Line Item No. 2 Quantity 2 Unit ea. Same as Item #1 except 10 PSID range, Stellar Part Number DT400-10UD-129, or equal meeting specifications. Line Item No. 5 Quantity 2 Unit ea. Same as Item #4 except PSIG units, 100 PSIG range, Stellar Part Number GT200-100G-138, or equal which meets "General Purpose Transducer" specifications. Line Item No. 10 Quantity 14 Unit ea. Same as Item #4 except PSIA units and 1500 PSIA range, Stellar Part Number GT200-1500A-138, or equal which meets "General Purpose Transducer" specifications. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to October 13, 1998.
