J -- IN SERVICE EQUIPMENT (ISE) SERVICES SOL N68335-99-Q-0024 DUE 102698 POC Kathleen Kiley-DiPietro, Contract Specialist, 732-323-5197 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations with the sole source of supply, Northrop Grumman Corporation for the following: In accordance with In Service Equipment (ISE) Spec, DWG N65888-164333-US, Northrop-Grumman Corporation (NGC) will provide the following Services: 1) NGC will provide ISE for production TPS problems and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, who have unique avionics, peculiar TPSs and ATE which are not common to USN sites. NGC will provide ISE for TPS items not transitioned and support USN transitioned TPSs per NORIS request and NGC concurrence. NG will perform ISE for production TPS problems and E-2C FMS activities for unique TPSs and for the NGC cognizant ATE. Additional PSE ISE Services: 2) NGC will maintain a support equipment database it will include available SE part numbers, applicability data, item numbers, item pricing, item submittal dates and item historical data. NGC will maintain this database of support equipment and SE related data for the purpose of conducting required studies and analysis and which will permit rapid response to above and similar questions. The support equipment coordination function will permit NGC to provide services and respond to inquiries in support of NAWCAD Lakehurst. The Government intends to procdure these services under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government.
