Kesler, Contract Specialist MODIFICATION: This notice modifies the notice published on 09/15/98, for Inpatient/Outpatient Medical Services for inmates housed at the Federal Medical Center (FMC), Lexington, KY. This solicitation should be identified as Request for Quote #123-0052. Additionally, this requirement includes on-site and specialty treatments as identified. The contractor shall furnish facilities, equipment and personnel necessary for medical care. The guaranteed minimum (GM)/estimated maximum (EM) requirements for inpatient days is as follows: 250GM/700EM for Base Year and 250GM/700EM for the Option Year. The majority of Outpatient Services will be performed at the Federal Medical Center with the following amounts being performed at the contractor's facility: 100GM/200EM for Base Year and 100GM/200EM for the Option Year. The contractor shall provide appropriately trained and licensed physicians to perform on-site sessions ot the FMC. These on-site services shall include the following, with the GM/EM sessions for each for the base year and the option year. For the following services (Session=3 Hours) the GM/EMs are 12GM/30EM for base year and for option year, Cardiology Services, Oncology/Hemotology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Pain Management; 12GM/50EM for OB/GYN; 2GM/4EM for Oral Surgery. Special Procedures are required as follows for the Base and Option Year: Stress Testing 1GM/12EM, Holter Monitoring 1GM/12EM, Lumbar Punctures 1GM/4EM and Oral Surgery Procedures 1GM/6EM.
