The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a nonpersonal health care services contract for licensed Pharmacist services for a base year and two option years. Services will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution located at 27072 Ballston Road, Sheridan, Oregon 97378. The pharmacist must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and must be a registered pharmacist in the state of Oregon, with a current, valid Oregon pharmacist license. The schedule will consist of no more than five, eight-hour sessions per week, Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The estimated number of sessions per each base and option year is 100 sessions; however, there is no guaranteed minimum number of sessions. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC is 8099 with size standard 5.0 million; NAICS U.S. is 621999.
