The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a nonpersonal health care services contract for licensed Psychiatrist services for a base year and two option years. Services will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Federal Prison Camp, and Federal Detention Center, located at 27072 Ballston Road, Sheridan, Oregon 97378. The psychiatrist must be a graduate of an accredited school of psychiatry and must be a licensed psychiatrist in the state of Oregon. The contractor is required to have extensive knowledge of psychiatric disorders. The schedule will consist of two, eight-hour sessions per month, usually occurring on weekdays. The estimated number of sessions per each base and option year is 24 sessions; however, there is no guaranteed minimum number of sessions. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC is 8049 with size standard 5.0 million; NAICS U.S. is 62133. All responsible sources may submit a written offer which will be considered for award.
