DATA PROCESSING AND SPECIAL TECHNICAL ANALYSES FOR ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION; MODIFICATION TO EXISTING CONTRACT The U.S. Department of Education intends to modify Contract Number EA94052001, entitled Data Processing and Special Technical Analyses for Elementary and Secondary Education, in order to increase the number of task orders for surveys, analyses, and studies procured under this contract. The contractor is Westat, Inc. of Rockville, Maryland. This modification will increase the ceiling of funding for task orders under this contract by 41%. This increase in necessary for the Department to have work performed under this contract which exceeds the original contract ceiling amount. This is the last option year of the contract, and the Department intends to re-compete this requirement for a fiscal year 1999 award. Posted 10/09/98 (I-SN261126).
