The work will be performed at the Tulsa Job Corps Center Tulsa, Oklahoma. The construction work includes the installation of new HVAC and mechanical systems, new duct work, new electrical equipment and wiring and miscellaneous interior architectural finishes. The construction completion date is estimated to be 196 days from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated prices range is from $500,000 to $1,000,000.
