76101, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Red River Army Depot,
Texarkana, TX, Deliveries to begin Jan 20, 2000 at a rate of 8 each per
month. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s)
specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by
the current version of DOD-STD-100. Authority and Justification is 10
U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This proposed contractual action is for supplies
which cannot be procured through full and open competition because the
authority cited states only a limited number of responsible sources
and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements,
FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognized and can produce the required item
described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the
contracting Officer, and provide supporting evidence which will permit
their participation in the current or future requirements. All
responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by
the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be
withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. Intended sources are
