Department of Energy (DOE), Idaho Operations Office, will soon be soliciting competitive proposals for a performance based management contract to manage and operate the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory (INEEL). This acquisition will be on an unrestricted basis. The DOE encourages proposals from commercial profit and nonprofit organizations and universities.
