Equipment consists of forklifts and pallet jacks which are either manual or electric mostly manufactured by Yale as well as battery hangers manufactured by Yale, Hobart, or Exide. Equipment is completely listed in the solicitation document with model and serial numbers included. Contractor will provide scheduled quarterly preventive maintenance service and on-call priority repair service in accordance with the scope of services included in the solicitation. Period of performance is a base year (01 December 1998 -- 30 September 1999) and One Option Year (01 October 1999 -- 30 September 2000) . The magnitude of the proposed procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A Written solicitation is estimated to be issued on 2 November 1998. The anticipated award date is 20 November 1998.
