The U.S. Postal Service is seeking one or more sign manufacturers who have the capability to fulfill their requirement for exterior and interior signage for their Postal facilities nationwide. The standard size types and related general specifications for this requirement shall be outlined in the technical data package for the exterior and interior signage provided by the USPS. The manufacturer(s) shall distribute the signage at a national distribution level. The manufacturer(s) shall be required to process orders (through EDI) and fill them within five (5) weeks of an order ARO. Sign manufacturers interested in receiving the solicitation package should make the request in writing. It is anticipated that a preaward survey shall be conducted at the facilities of the offerors who have achieved the highest standards as presented in their technical and management proposals, and shall be required to submit samples based on the solicitation.
