Efforts include technical support for concept studies, subsystem and payload design and development, integration and test, launch processing, and on-orbit verification. The required period of performance is from date of contract award through 5 years thereafter. The requirement is set aside 100% for small business. The standard industrial size (SIC) code applicable to this requirement is 8711 with a size standard of $20. M. The solicitation will close 30 days after the issuance date.
