Box 2138, Santa Monica, CA 90407 to provide research consultation and collaborative support to the Mental Illness Research, Education and Clinical Center (MIRECC) to support the goal of improving functional outcomes for veterans with psychotic disorders, and the specific aims are 1) further the development and implementation of methods for continuous monitoring of process of care and treatment outcomes; 2) implement, test, and disseminate processes for continuous quality improvement in provider behavior and organizational functioning; 3) evaluate the cost and effectiveness of alternative biological and psychosocial interventions in typical care; and 4) describe in detail the optimal structure of mental health service delivery to patients with psychotic disorders, and provide consultation to VA Medical Centers in the reorganization and development of their services. No solicitatiion document exists. Prospective contractors should submit cost and technical data to be evaluated; interested firms must indicate their ability to satisfy the requirement within 14 days of this notice. Interested firms will be considered only if they respond with clear and convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the requirement stated herein at a cost sufficiently more advantageous than the contractor named.
