Command is seeking sources for Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling
and Analysis Services. The required services may include review and
analysis of facts and circumstances giving rise to potential or actual
impacts to the performance of work on construction projects at various
Navy and Marine Corps installations, in southern California and Yuma
County, Arizona. The contractor may be required to provide
recommendations to the government concerning the validity of arguments
presented by construction contractors in delay and disruption dispute
situations. The contractor may be required to prepare detailed
documentation and provide expert testimony for litigation, or Alternate
Dispute Resolution forums, such as mediation or arbitration.
Prospective sources would be requested to demonstrate recent, relevant
experience in (a) CPM schedule analysis; (b) construction contract
claim analysis; (c) litigation support, including expert testimony; and
(d) preparation of analytical reports. This synopsis is for information
