The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to establish multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts for COMMERCIAL services to electronically publish publications, photos, and images. Conversion of these publications may include: HTML, PDF, electronic image (JPEG or GIF) files, or CD-ROM. The period of performance for these IDIQ contracts shall be 24 months. Subsequent task orders will be issued under the IDIQ contract. All interested parties may submit a request for the solicitation via fax number 202-366-3293 to the attention of Donna McAleer. The request shall include your company name, address, contact person, telephone and facsimile number, as well as the solicitation number listed above. No telephone requests will be honored. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
