This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. The DLA Administrative Support Center intends to issue an order to O'PIN Systems for all necessary labor, equipment and materials required to provide maintenance support for REVEAL On-Line Reports software purchased by the Defense Contract Management Command (DCMC). Period of Performance is from date of award through 30 September 1999. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-05. This solicitation is not a set-aside. The standard industrial code is 7378 and the small business size standard is $18.0 million. The small business competitiveness demonstration program does not apply. This requirement is for the equipment and services of O'PIN Systems. Maintenance includes software upgrades and around-the-clock technical support. O'PIN Systems is the sole provider of the REVEAL On-Line Reports software. This software is proprietary code owned, operated and licensed only by O'PIN Systems. Consequently, no alternate sources are available for this maintenance service acquisition. No award will be made on the basis of any response to this advertisement.
