Dreger, Contracting Officer, (850)234-4863 The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren division, NSWC, Panama City, FL intends to award a Purchase Order to provide an operational and stable citrix server for the purpose of employing distributed decision support and wargaming concepts. Work is to be performed at the Naval War College, Newport, RI. This task includes providing server build, provide client build, provide applications link, provides application tuning and provide application demonstration. In the virtual wargaming project one of the most difficult issues to be dealt with is the resolution of player, observer, and adjudicator interface problems. The purpose is to advance science and art of INTERNET based virtual wargaming and provide that knowledge back to the sponsor in the form of updates and a final report. Also develop user interfaces, develop two or three scenario vehicles to extend the existing YPATH1 game, develop interpretive mechanisms for administrators, identify rapid application development tools and develop the code and flow diagrams needed to execute an INTERNET based virtual game. Recompression parts for the recompression chamber for pressure related diving injuries and consists of a Flyaway Recompression Chamber Van, Life Support Skid and ancillary equipment. The parts required under this order were designed and are proprietary to Amron International. Any change to the design would be required to have shock, vibration and temperature testing done and would have to be certified for U.S. Navy use. This would be too costly and too time consuming.
