The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for stabilizing a section of the bank line along the Little Missouri River Southeast of Medora, North Dakota. This project is located along the right bank of the Little Missouri River, South of Medora in Section 27, T104N, R102W, Billings County, North Dakota. This project consists of placing a stone-fill revetment along 750 linear feet of bankline. A 40-feet-long windrow refusal will be placed at the upstream end of the revetment to prevent flanking . The revetment will be covered with soil to the ordinary high water line and seeded with native vegetation. Below the oridinary high water line, small gravel will be placed to fill voids in the revetment. The Contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after notice to proceed and complete the work 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $100,000 and $500,000. Issued date o/a 3 Nov 98 with a bid opening date o/a 3 Dec 98.
