Robinson, (410) 997-6225 or Bob Coles (410) 997-6209 The contract resulting from this solicitation will include services for roofing and related work at various postal leased and owned facilities in the geographical areas of the Akron OH District (Counties in OH) Williams, Fulton, Defiance, Henry, Lucas, Wood, Ottawa, Sandusky, Erie, Seneca, Huron, Wyandot, Crawford, Richland, Ashland, Medina, Wayne, Holmes, Summit, Portage, Stark, Tuscarawas, Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Carroll, Jefferson, Harrison and Belmont. At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, one or more contracts may be awarded. Contractors must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as the date of issue in roofing and related work. Contractors must also possess the capabilities of working at least three to five jobs at the same time. Specific work order/s will be issued by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the Unit Price Schedule and Specifications. One or more "Work Orders" will be issued totaling not less than $10,000 nor more than $250,000 during a two (2) year period of the contract. The Postal Service guarantees no specific number of work orders nor a specific amount other than the $10,000 set out above. The contractor will not be required to perform work under any work order where the value of work in any one building is less than $2,000. Offerors will be required to submit one (1) "Multiplier" to be applied to the various Unit Prices established in the "Unit Price Schedule". The Multiplier must contain the Offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award.
