The work includes but is not limited to, construction of multiple single-family homes with utilities, site improvements, and landscape development, demolition, concrete work, rough and finish carpentry, insulation, exterior siding trim, sealants, vinyl framed windows, interior and exterior doors and frames, gypsum wallboard, flooring materials, painting, toilet and bath accessories, kitchen range exhaust hoods, kitchen and bath cabinets, heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, and lighting. Includes all construction materials, means and methods as required to meet the most current requirements of Super Good Cents and Washington State Northwest Energy Code. This acquisition will use Best Value, Past Performance procedures. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $1 million and $5 million. Performance period for this project is 245 calendar days. This time period is further broken out into two separate phases. The first phase is 45 calendar days for submittals; the second phase is 200 for the contractor to complete the physical portion of the work. A Notice to Proceed will be issued for both phases. Work hours are 7:30 AM 4:30 PM excluding federal holidays. This work is not located in a restricted or controlled area. This project is 100% unrestricted. This SIC Code for this acquisition is 1521. The business size standard is $17 million. Any responsible source may submit a proposal.
