Work is to be performed at the Naval War College, Newport, RI. This task includes providing server build, provide client build, provide applications link, provides application tuning and provide application demonstration. In the virtual wargaming project one of the most difficult issues to be dealt with is the resolution of player, observer, and adjudicator interface problems. The purpose is to advance science and art to INTERNET based virtual wargaming and provide that knowledge back to the sponsor in the form of updates and a final report. Also develop user interfaces, develop two or three scenario vehicles to extend the existing YPATH1 game, develop interpretive mechanisms for administrators, identify rapid application development tools and develop the code and flow diagrams needed to execute an INTERNET based virtual game.
