The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Center for Biomathematical Modeling and Risk Assessment to establish a workshop guiding committee and to provide administrative and logistical support for a workshop. UNC's Center for Biomathematical Modeling and Risk Assessment is the only known source that can provide this service since it has compiled detailed information regarding the identification of area modelers who are members of a consortium of modelers organized within the Center for Biomathematical Modeling and Risk Assessment.
