Project consists of grading approximately 376 miles of Forest Service native or aggregate surface roads on the Tonto National Forest, Maricopa, Gila, Pinal, and Yavapai Counties, Arizona. Work includes crowning; maintaining a crown or cross clope, shoulders, drainage dips, all ditches, berm and turnouts; providing surface smoothness; cleaning catch basins, culvert ends, lead out ditches; and pitching rocks from the roadway. Contractor shall have 240 calendar days to complete the project. Work is estimated to begin January 4, 1999. Offerors shall submit written quotations in accordance with the solicitation instructions.
