E-MAIL: Wendy L. Boudreaux, wendy.l.boudreaux1@jsc.nasa.gov. NASA/JSC plans to issue a Request for Offer (RFO) for space avionics and communication systems analysis and simulation services. This will be a 2 year contract with 3 one-year options. The contract will be cost reimbursement. The contractor shall be required to conduct studies, analyses, simulation development and evaluations associated with Space Station, Space Shuttle, and Advanced Program communications and tracking (C&T) systems design, implementation approaches, interface compatibility and performance predictions. Simulations for Space Station and Space Shuttle have been modeled using the Signal Processing Worksystem (SPW). Experience in C&T system simulation and particularly SPW or SPW-like modeling is required. The contractor shall be required to participate in technical reviews, meetings, and briefings. NASA/JSC intends to award this contract to LinCom Corporation under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). There is no other known source that can meet the requirements of this solicitation.
