The product will be used to analyze meat and poultry products. FSIS requires a 96-well format enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test which can be run on automated equipment. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is contemplated. This requirement is 100-percent set-aside for small business concerns. A small business concern is defined for this procurement as SIC code 3821, $5 million. The period of performance for this procurement is one year, with four one-year option periods.
