As a minimum, firms must be capable of substantiating successful accomplishment of comparable efforts of similar size, scope and complexity. Additionally, respondents should provide evidence of capabilities to employ a qualified workforce of network engineers, LAN technicians, and related Information Technology experts to begin the work effort within 60-days. Specific responses should address management qualifications and provide past performance information relevant to government and commercial customers capable of providing reference data.
