If any of the equipment covered in the maintenance portion of this contract is replaced, the service maintenance agreement shall be modified to reflect non-support of the old equipment for the remainder of this contract. Maintenance shall be on an as needed basis and shall include all parts, labor, travel to the site. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance as required. Maintenance for all equipment shall include one hour telephone support and four hours on-site response. All equipment is located at the Denver Federal Center, Denver Colorado. All maintenance shall be performed by qualified technicians. Maintenance shall be performed Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time excluding holidays. Service shall be based on 16 hours per week. Service shall include all labor and travel to the site, parts shall be provided at an additional cost to the government. Service for all equipment shall include one hour telephone support and four hours on-site response. All service shall be performed by qualified technicians.
