This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared
in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a
WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for
this procurement was initially published as F31610-98-Q0722. The new
solicitation number for this project is F31610-99-Q0176 and is issued
as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the
Federal Acquisition Circular 97-8. This acquisition is unrestricted.
The Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 7011 (for coding purposes
only) and the small business size standard is $5.0 Million. This
procurement is for lease or rental of condominiums. Seymour Johnson
AFB, NC intends to negotiate a commercial services purchase order for
the lease of 50 units of condominiums in the Nags Head, NC area. The
units are to be utilized over a period of 15 weeks, to begin and end on
Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays (during the period between Memorial Day
and Labor Day 1999). The condominiums must be two bedrooms in a
minimum mixture of 40/60 oceanfront/oceanview. All units must be
standardized in regards to the decoration and amenities. The
condominiums will be apportioned through Seymour Johnson AFB, NC with
the successful offeror providing check-in and check-out only. The
successful offeror will provide information regarding; (1) exact mix of
oceanfront and oceanview condominiums, (2) reasonable access to
restaurants, family fun centers, and tourist areas, (3) condominium
services such as community pool, condo amenities, tennis courts, etc.
and, (4) a proposed schedule of the 50 units and the weeks they are
available. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR
52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors -- Commercial; FAR 52.212-2,
Evaluation -- Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase
order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the
responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this
synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government,
price and other factors considered. If a commercial published price
list is available, please provide. To be eligible for award, Offeror
must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR). Information concerning CCR

1-888-227-2423. OFFERORS SHALL INCLUDE A COMPLETE COPY OF THE PROVISION
AT FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL
ITEMS, WITH THEIR OFFER. Offerors can obtain the Representations and
Certifications Commercial Items FAR 52.212-3 by submitting request via

Pursuant to FAR Clause 52.212-5, the following clauses are hereby
incorporated by reference: Non Appropriated Funds General Provisions
(AF Form 2210). These general provisions are available upon request via

acquisition must be submitted in WRITING no later than one week before
