You are notified that the following changes are made: 1) NASA has formally decided to continue this procurement as a full and open competition, under SIC Code 1711 (size standard of $7 million). NASA had been considering making this procurement an 8(a) set-aside, but has decided to continue as originally planned. 2) The due date for receipt of offers will be 30 days after release of the solicitation (including plans and specs), which we now expect will occur on or about November 16, 1998. 3) All offerors are again reminded that the $100 fee for the plans is payable only by certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Treasury. Corporate checks will not be accepted, and will be returned to any offeror submitting one. Plans will be mailed to all offerors from whom we have received payment.
