This procure- ment is a small business set aside and a solicitation. This modification is written to make some changes in the original notice. 1. Reference the body armor vests. The total quantity of 51 will be for 48 males and 3 females. Offerors should adjust their offers accordingly. 2. For all of the items required, the total for each with the exception of the leg irons will be increased from 50 ea. to 51 ea. 3. With regard to the handcuffs, Offerors should submit offers for the basic Smith & Wesson Model 100 cuffs or brand name equivalent only and cancel the requirement for the alternative offer for the High Security model of cuffs.
