Contracts Office, Contract@nist.gov. The National Institute of
Standards and Technology (NIST), Atomic Physics Division intends to
negotiate on a sole source basis with Svetlana Kotochigova, 5318
Crestledge Lane, Rockville, MD 20853 for the continuation of
programming assistance for atomic and molecular databases. This is a
follow on effort of Order Number 43NANB808858 for the creation of
theoretical models to calculate the electronic structure of xenon
molecules in support of experimental programs in ultracold collisions.
This requirement is for a nine month period of performance. FOB
Destination. No solicitation package will be issued. A Request for
Quotation (RFQ) will be issued to Ms. Kotochigova. The Contractor is
the only individual capable of performing this service because it
requires detailed knowledge of the xenon atomic system, and the
relativistic theoretical models and software codes previously developed
by the contractor. It would not be possible for another individual to
achieve this degree of expertise in the time requiredfor the completion
of this contract. The anticipated award date of the contract is on or
around 30 days from the date of this notice. In accordance with FAR
5.207(e)(3), Numbered Note 22, DOES NOT APPLY. Note 26 does apply. If
