The contract will also include a 5 year base contract with 2 five year options for the maintenance of all Elevator Systems or VTS in the Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant, Hybla Valley, Federal Building #2, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, Pentagon, as well as, future installations scheduled for the South Terrace of the Pentagon Building and the Butler Building.
