The total number of people affected by the study is approximately 831 individuals. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the services. The resultant contract awarded, if any, will be awarded on an all or none basis as a fixed price contract with award term provisions. The contract performance period will be a five year base period with the potential of an additional 5 years for satisfactory to excellent performance in accordance with the award term plan. This requirement will be issued on an unrestricted basis, however, an evaluation factor will be established for small business participation. SIC Code and Size Standard for this acquisition is 4581 -- $5M. The solicitation will be issued on the AMC Web Page for downloading on or about 4 Dec 98 with a planned announcement date of 10 Apr 2000. This solicitation will not result in a contract if government performance is determined to be more advantagious in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 procedures.
