WESTENHAVER (501) 212-4400 (Site Code DAHA03) This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for a proposed contract that is currently unfunded. The Arkansas Army National Guard is contemplating awarding one or two contracts to a food prepratation business to operate two fulltime dining facilities (mess halls) located on Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas. The operation of both dining facilities may be awarded under one contract or each dining facility may be awarded under seperate contract. The contractor awarded the contract(s) will be allowed to utilize existing facilities and equipment (turn key operation) to provide three meals per day, seven days a week, twelve months a year except for some holiday periods. The contractor may be responsable for all operational expense other than utilities, building maintenance/up-keep, trash disposal and flatware. One of the dining facilities serves approximately 175,400 meals per year and the other facility serves approximately 200,000 meals per year. The contractor will be paid per meal served.
