The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal intends to acquire under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, a production effort for the AT Lens Assembly, BPRM and HED Battery for the M87A1 VOLCANO Canister Assembly. This requirement is a modification to the current contract. It is for an estiamted quantity of 23,241 units for each component. It is anticipated that FAT will be 10 months after award and deliveries shall be from 12-14 months after award. The Government intends to utilize Alliant Techsystems Inc. located in Hopkins, MN.
