The procurement includes the following quantities, GDE Systems, Inc products Annual telephone and upgrade support renewal for the following SOCET SET software licenses: Core SOCET SET (5), Stereo Visualization (5), Block Triangulation (2), Automated Point Measurement (2), Automated Terrain Extraction (5), Interactive Terrain Editing (5), 3D Feature Extraction (5), Ortho-Mosaic (5), Image map (4), Perspective Scenes (3), SPOT Math Model (5), LandSat Math Model (5), Digital PPDB Math Model (2), Special Math Models (5), RapidScene Interface (5), and the Devloper's Kit (1). The period of performance for this agreement will be from 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999. Award to any other source would result in duplicatin of costs that are not expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
