(a) A basic system was designed in 1996 to disseminate information to media and Congress regarding activities and issues in the Region. The system serves as a repository for data collection on our activities and accomplishsments and basis for reports. The system includes a database. As technology changes the system requires new features. This contract is for Phase 3 of the Accomlishment Reporting System. The proposed system is to operate using the Internet/Intranet World Wide Web browser environment interface. Data from input on the Web is stored in database. The aim of this system is to integrate it into other reports, insure compatibility with other Service data tracking systems and eliminate multiple reporting. The project is located at the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 3, Fort Snelling, Minnesota. The solicitation will be issued on November 4, 1998. This project is set aside for Small Business.
