Carrier shall provide a 6,600 sq ft restricted access facility at the carrier's hub which must include 600 sq ft of office space. The contractor is required to be a member of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet, if eligible, and possess a current FAA air carrier operating certificate. This requirement is for a base year, 1 Mar 99 thru 30 Sep 99, and four option years under FAR 52.219-9, and a "not-to-exceed" six months extension under FAR 52.217-8.
