The UPS is located in the basement of the Social Security Office building located at 300 Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia, PA. The monitoring system should include a central monitoring system (CMS) and a remote monitoring system (RMS), including all electrical and electronic equipment and hardware for a complete and working SSA-approved battery monitoring system. It is imperative that these batteries be capable of being monitored by computer room personnel when the system is in use. The battery monitoring system shall be capable of computing the back up time based on the battery charge and the load on the UPS system. The system installed shall be compatible with the equipment listed below: Equipment: one (1) system consisting of two (2) modules and a system cabinet series 600 LC model No. 3250 300 KVA, a 640 bypass control cabinet and 96 Exide model # 4DX-9B batteries with racks.
