The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to ITT Industries, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-99-DJH-0011. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement shall cover services to provide Technical Order revisions for the AN-MPN-14K ATCALS. Technical Order Requirements include: update and reformat as necessary Technical Orders AN-MPN-14K to incorporate all Air Force changes. Includes TO's 31P5-2MPN14-22, 31P5-2MPN14-23, 31P5-2MPN14-24, and 31P5-2MPN14-4-5-2. Time Compliance Technical Orders: 31P5-2MPN-561, 31P5-2MPN-563, 31P5-2MPN-565 and 31P5-2MPN-566. Data Requirements: Provide technical manual modifications in same format as manual for the AN/MPN-14K. Delivery: NLT 90 days ARO. FOB McClellan AFB, CA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
