99 -- DEWATERING SCREENS REPLACEMENT, MCNARY DAM, UMATILLA COUNTY, OREGON SOL DACW68-99-B-0002 DUE 121198 POC Contract Specialist Kari Montgomery (509) 527-7211 (Site Code DACW68) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, has a competitive requirement for all labor, material, equipment, and shop to fabricate, deliver, and install fifty-five new stainless steel dewatering screens. Delivery shall be f.o.b. destination to McNary Dam project site, Umatilla County, Oregon. The existing dewatering screens shall be removed before installation of the new screens. The screens are all stainless steel, using flat panel wedge wire screens of all welded construction. Screen perimeter frame members are stainless steel bars welded to the wedge wire screen panels. Requirement is for screens of various sizes, ranging from 7 feet by 3-1/2 feet to 5 feet by 1-1/2 feet. Procurement 100 percent set- aside for small business concerns. Size standard for small business concerns under Standard Industrial Classification Code 3496 is 500 employees.
