There will be 2 focus groups for each of the following populations: High users of Services (>6 visits/yr to VAMC); Medium/Low Users (1-6 visits/yr); Curren Non-Users (No visit for period of a year); Women Veterans (Of any Category). Each focus group session shall last no less than 90 minutes and consist of at least 10 participants, or no more than 12 participants. Focus group participants will be asked to share their individual views about the health care that they receive at the Manchester VAMC. Participants will represent a cross-section of the veteran population who are served at the Medical Center.
