The work involves the construction of an 18,000 foot pre-engineered building to be used as vocational trade shops at the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center (Satelite Site). The work includes site grading work, concrete foundations and slabs, masonry work, installation of a metal pre-engineered building, and utility connection work. In addition, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is included in this contract. The building is designed to accomodate trade specific equipment that is to be installed. The construction completion date of the project is 168 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range for construction is between $1 Million to $5 Million.
