Work includes removal of ceiling grid and tile, demolition of wall and chases as necessary, and removal of asbestos containing floor tiles, mastic, and pipe insulation, disposal of asbestos containing materials and clean-up. Work shall be conducted in two phases with approximately 270 days between phases. All areas of hospital shall remain in use during the project.
