Project includes demolition of brick wall and foundation, site layout (Professional Surveyor), backfill and compaction, concrete footings and mow strip, brick columns, precast caps, relocation of existing chain link fence, sitework, bronze plaque and restoration of one section of existing brick wall including alignment of gate pillars. Also included is the removal, cleaning and storing of 500 bricks and the removal and stockpiling of 2000 bricks. All work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Estimated cost range between $250,000 and $500,000. A total of 25 bid packages will be issued on a first come-first serve basis on or about October 23, 1998. All requests for packages must be submitted in writing to the above address and must include a non-refundable cashier's check, money order or company check in the amount of $35.00.
